Important: Unemployed Member Benefit Program

The Unemployed Member Benefit program is a one-time, nine-month extension of a member’s current membership term. There is no application process. Affected members are eligible for the extension only if they contact ISA during their standard three-month active grace period. The member must directly contact Customer Service by email at info@isa.org or by phone at 919-549-8411 to take advantage of the benefit.
